DO NOT use the services of this business the staff are rude and unhelpful.
My recent experience is as follows. I left my car at this facility while I travelled overseas on a recent business trip. I told the staff, when checking in my car, that I was scheduled to be away for 10 days but may return after only 8 days - they replied that this would not be a problem.
On return from overseas (2 days early) I called BAP and asked to be picked up from the International Terminal. The staff who answered were rude and unhelpful stating that I should have let them know when I was returning - I stated that as I was in China, my mobile phone didn't work to which they responded "not my problem".
After waiting for approximately 20 minutes to be picked up from the International Terminal I caught their shuttle bus back to the facility. I was then asked to pay my balance, which I was only to happy to do, before being told that my car may take up to 2 hours to retrieve. I asked why this was the case and received a very rude response from the staff.
After another 20 minutes of waiting, I asked for an update and the response from them was that they had no way of knowing how long it would take to retrieve my car. I asked if they could please contact the staff who were assigned to retrieve my car so I could get an update. They responded that they had no way of contacting assigned staff.
After another 10 minutes, my car appeared with animal footprints all over it. The staff who retrieved my car (who happened to have a two way radio attached to their shirt) was even ruder than the others shaking their head at me.
I couldn't believe this company's attitude. I asked to speak to the management to which the reply was "call back tomorrow".
I travel overseas twice a month and this company will NEVER receive my business again. Moreover, around 100 staff in my company require long term parking at Brisbane Airport every month and I have informed all of them what service they can expect if they use BAP.
We use this service on a ongoing basis and have always had fantastic service and the staff are always helpful and go out of their way to be of assistance. Would recommend this service which runs amazingly smooth and takes all the hassle out of travel..............
WARNING: DO NOT PARK HERE. Went to Adelaide for a few days and arrived back to a totally smashed up car. Been impossible to contact BAP - dont return calls, have nor offered any refund or even a phone call to apologise... BE WARE!!
Very happy with my experience using BAP. This was our second time using them and I can't fault the service at all. When I rang to enquire initially I was very impressed by the friendly professional nature of the gentlemen I dealt with. I asked for a price match ( as a competitor had a special on) and they were very obliging.
Drop off and pick up very smooth and hassle free.
VERY BIG RIP OFF!!!!! I paid the parking fee when I left my car and when I came back after 3 days to pick up my car, the very RUDE STAFFS said that I haven't paid yet. I ended up paying twice.
From the beginning the staff here were so friendly,when I asked for a quote, and I have to say that the price was great! When I arrived the staff were so kind, and I knew my car was in safe hands, so I was able to fully enjoy my holiday.knowing that my car was in safe hands. My car was kept in perfect condition and there were no hidden costs or fees, and it was a very smooth transaction. I will definitely park with BAP in the future and I would highly recommend it to anybody else whether they park at the airport regularly or even for a one off.
I don't know what some of the lower raters are talking about, their were most definitely ID checks and how they supposedly "seriously damaged the paintwork" I don't know. I highly suspect by their lack of knowledge of How BAP works they have never actually been their before, a rival business, perhaps?

I been parking at BAP every second week for the whole week for 3 years now and I have always been 100% happy. I drive there book in and they drive me to the Airport and pick me up when I get back a week later. BAP make life so much easier for me, they are easy to find, give the cheapest rate and my car has been looked after perfectly every time. I will recommend them to everyone I know because they have such helpful nice staff, you couldn't ask for more AAAAAA++++++
OK service they did honour cheapest quote from competitor and beat it by 10% but you need to print out competitors quote or print screen so we saved over $38.00 for six days outside parking although pick up from returning flight hopeless and had to wait over 30 minutes to get back as we watched two full buses not able to fit us in and there were still people waiting when we left so maybe figure that time wait in many other parking operators went past with newer cleaner buses and not full but cant complain due to discount probably wouldn't use again unless got discount again.
What a fantastic service from booking, drop off to being picked up. Staff were excellent highly professional and a joy to do business with. Had to change booking arrangement due to flight being changed nothing was too much trouble. If you want to see a company that stands out above the rest you will not be disappointed. Even the kids enjoyed the added adventure on the bus to the airport. Family friendly business that runs rings around their competitors. Well done to Budget Airport Parking for a wonderful service......keep up the great work. See you in April.... Easy to find too!
