    I just wanted to give you some feedback after my move on Saturday.

    I was very impressed and extremely happy with the service I recieved from your company and the two young guys doing the move were fantastic. They were effieicent, polite and helpful. Moving is always a stressful occassion and they made it as easy as possible - particularly given I'm 36 weeks pregnant.

    Anyway I work in the service industry and I know how nice it is to received good, positive feedback on occassion.

    Had two brilliant movers , from my home to storage, and then from storage to our new place. It was a quite warm afternoon the day of the first move and they got straight into it, and worked like soldiers till it was done. Had two different guys for the second move, but they worked just as hard, and were just as polite and friendly. I would definitely use them again. Mark J

    I totally agree with the last review. I experienced bullying & harassment, hung up on, from there Despatch man. When I asked to speak to the Management they said "I will speak
    to anyone else but him". Delivery was promised for early morning but didnot arrive for
    6 hours after that.
    If this is a Family owned business then they need to have a REALLY good look
    at who they are employing..... DO NOT USE.....

    Underquoted, RUDE, people who should not be allowed to assist people in one of the most stressful times of their life, moving! They damaged property on pick up, were 6 hours late for drop off and were so disrespectful when dealing with them over the phone. The staff in the sales department were lovely, then, once they suck you in with their low prices, they turn into nasty people. I ended up paying double the amount they initially quoted. Then they charged for walking over 50m to deliver the furniture, not to mention additional payment for walking down a measly couple of stairs. One of the removalist was lovely however, this does not make up for the upsetting experience we had with this company! DO NOT USE.

    I used this company 2 months ago. The boys arrived a couple of minutes early, and from the minute they arrived they wouldn't stop working!! I was a little bit worried as the name of the company is budget i didn't want the boys to do a 'budget' job, but I couldn't of been happier. They got the job done in around 4 hours, I have a 2+ study bedroom unit, and put extra packing on my antiques and told me it was necessary so that it wouldn't break in transit. I appreciated their help as I thought that the antiques were packed sufficiently but the fact that they took the extra initiative was highly appreciated. I tried to get them to have a break for some coffee but they wanted to finish the job. I would not hesitate to use them again and recommend them, and the girl on the phone was really nice and straight forward as well.
