Have you ever left a restaurant disappointed. My partner and I thought a buffet would be nice since we had recently eaten Asian. What a disappointment. Terrible is the only way to describe most of the offerings. The prawns were washed-out and tasteless. The honey chicken and pork dumpling (sweet and sour) tasted a bit like laundry detergent. The mashed potato wasn't. The black bits in the cos were apparently bacon. The two chicken dishes I tried were rank, fatty and rancid. The mini spring rolls were like hollow tubes of cardboard. There was simply nothing you could say, "I would like some more of that" - except perhaps the wine - to was away the taste of that last mouthful.

On the plus side, the waiter staffs were hovering to take away the discarded plates of half-eaten food.

As we were leaving, I commented to the reception staff that it was "terrible". I was offered a mumbles "sorry" without even looking up from the computer - as if my comment were a matter of course.

My Family and I have dined here many times over the last 5yrs or more. It used to be one of our favourite places to eat out. They have a great range of hot food with Asian cuisine, roasts and pastas. Their salad and dessert bar are also pretty good. One regular downside are the number of parties they seem to have there which are loud and regularly intrusive on your meals, and table space if you happen to sit near them.

Went here last weekend and i can honestly say it was the worst restraunt i have been to in a long time. There was a wedding reception/celebration on the same night and we were seated extremely close to the group who were extremely drunk on casks of red wine and were falling onto us and knocking our seats etc all night while we attempted to eat. Not only was this annoying and disruptive to our large reservation of family and friends celebrating a 1st bday the groom vomited everwhere in front of everyone! Definately not a family friendly restraunt at all! I would not recommend anyone go to this restraunt. I definately feel like i wasted my $30+ as did the other 20 people that were part of our booking. I understand that the management cannot control the people that come to the restraunt but they could have asked them to leave when complaints were made prior to the groom vomiting everywhere. Not only that the groom shouldnt have been allowed back in the restaunt to continue drinking - unsure where the responsible service of alcohol was? Never again!

it's a right place to eat all you can eat seafood buffet. they have lots varieties of food. chinesse, fresh seafood, dessert, salad, pasta and roast beef n pork. I love the oyster the most though. they put a good price too. it's not expensive at all. the decoration of the restaurant a bit poor. but who cares as long you have so many food to choose from

Buffet Gardens is a Sunnybank buffet classic. Don't eat too much honey chicken even though its tempting. You'll end up sick.

Food is quite nice, particularly when the natural oyster is there. But the restaurant should get refurbished as it looks a bit outdated, although it's clean. It's one of the most value seafood buffet in town. Desserts is variety, but I won't say it's the best seafood cuisine though...
