Evolution By Design

At our first meeting we will provide an initial one-hour consultation in our office which is free of charge we will discuss your plans and ideas and determine the possibilities for your proposed building design. We will also advise of council regulations and restrictions which relate to your site.

Once the design brief has been formulated and a fee proposal accepted, work is begun on the sketch designs to give you an understanding of what the finished product will be. After the sketch designs are finalised, the drawings are then progressed to design development stage which the final working (construction) drawings are based on. These are used for submission to 
Council and Tender & Construction purposes.

A set of working drawings consists of :-
Site plan
Floor plan
4 elevations
Cross sections
Specifications

We can coordinate for you the following professional services at additional cost, if required on your behalf such as :

Structural Engineering documentation, Contour and Height Surveys,Basix Certificates,Town Planning, Bushfire reports,shadow diagrams, 3D models
