Bulimba Pilates offers prenatal & standard mat classes. Pilates is a safe, low impact exercise method which focuses on strengthening the pelvic floor and deep abdominal muscles. Pilates can help to manage some of the musculoskeletal issues associated with the physiological and hormonal changes of pregnancy. Classes are run by Physiotherapist and Stott Pilates Certified Instructor, Kelly Foote, in line with the Royal Australian College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists exercise guidelines for pregnancy.
