Reflexology is done by applying pressure to specific points on the feet. Each pressure point reflects to a part of the body, and helps to clear energy blockages in these areas to assist the body to rid of toxins and clear of negative energy.

Aromatherapy massage is the use of Essential Oils, each with its own healing properties. The Therapist will assess the problem and apply the appropriate oils to the massage oil. 

Treatments are enjoyed for various reasons, ie, reduces stress, balances the nervous system, improves sleep quality, boosts lymphatic function, improves circulation, detoxifies the body, enhances the body's natural healing process, assists all body systems, increases vitality.

The therapist will visit your home for a more personal experience, providing any of the treatments offered. Duration will be assessed once the appointment is made, but usually the first appointment will last an hour.
