Totally hopeless. I bought a brand new KIA from them in 2012 and was getting them to service it. At the last service they didn't bother telling me that all of my tyres needed replacing and one of them came to pieces as I was driving along at 100km/hr. They also said a vibration in the engine bay was the result of stone caught in a guard, which they claimed they did not have time to rectify during the service. I decided to never go back there again after the tyres and have since taken my car to another dealer who told me that the vibration had nothing to do with a stone - it was a bent heat guard. They fixed it in about 30 seconds. It makes me wonder if they were even conducting the services! I was never once offered a hard copy of the service reports at the time of the services. I ended up asking for them 3 times and I still haven't seen any, even though they claimed they would send them immediately after the phone call ended. It is a really hopeless excuse for the service department of a dealership.
