    I have no issue with Bunnings itself. The warehouse is huge & u can usually locate any nut, bolt or thingy that u need with minimal effort or there are always staff around to help out, albeit not always as friendly as the Bunnings ads portray. My issue is the parking situation. The lights are a nightmare to get out of, particularly last week where i sat at the exit for 40 mins grrrrrrr..... The parking is all over the shop & the customers usually taking up 2 carspaces at a time with their individual form of reverse parking. Unfortunately this really tuns me off going to Bunnings :( otherwise prices are cheaper than thrifty hardware stores, huge range, charity sausage sizzles are yummy & the kids play area is a parents heaven

    I absolutely love Bunnings Warehouse - I even have a pet name for it "the temple" - but this place is an utter disappointment! The staff members are very short with customers and generally show a high level of either disinterest or incompetence. Should you be visiting the store to find something, good luck if you find a staff member who is willing to assist you - even if you go to the "help desk." In regards to the location, the location and parking space is very awkwardly designed such that its very chaotic verging on stressful to get in and out of the warehouse. The parking spaces are scarce for such a big store and the traffic flow design in pretty dodgy. I've personally been to this store a few times but now resort to purchasing my home maintenance products once in a while from the Kotara (Newcastle branch) when I visit family up North, solely due to my negative experiences with staff and location design alike.
