Steps to bad review:
Step 1: work out where entrance is??
Step 2: ask helpful-less staff where a simple product is
Step 3: go there & another aisle as suggested by other staff before finding
Step 4: discover that they have tags for 6 brands but only stock one
Step 5: try to work out how to find exit of carpark & take circuitous route out of the way home to get out
Step 6: realise would have been quicker to have gone almost anywhere else after steps 1-5's slowness.4 months ago via TrueLocal for iPhone

If you want some timber cut for a home DIY project, FORGET IT! The staffs were completely unwilling to help. Even after I spent $86.30 (29/07/2011) on timber and other items for my weekend project, they would not cut the timber into shorter lengths for me. Fed me some BS about how their machine won't cut lengths shorter than 300mm. Their advice was to go and buy a power tool from their tool department! Really? What if I had asked for 100 lengths of 250mm?
Warm and fuzzy advertising, cold and unfriendly reality. I will be shopping elsewhere from now on. Do yourself a favour and do the same!
