Useless staff is all that i can say. I called to enquire about a product availability and i was told they don\'t sell them. I asked if the staff i was speaking to was sure because someone told me they did. Very rudely i was told yes very sure.
2 days later i went to buy a few stuff and noticed the product i enquired about being sold there. Imagine how angry i was with the laziness. They lost my sales on that day.

A hardware store that has such a comprehensive range that you could spend hours there if you wanted and discover a new thing around every corner.
It also has a really nice nursery with heaps of plants available for purchase.
There's a tradesmens counter as well. It accepts eftpos and has trailers for loan.
