    Sales guy was good, follow up, answering questions, accommodating changes to choosing block of land, etc. But when the property has been completed and the 3months maintenance warranty is up, be really careful with the maintenance dept. The maintenance guys were very unfriendly, rude, dirty, rough, couldn't care less with your brand new property as they wore their work boots all over your brand new carpet, never inform you when the job's done, just walk off when they felt they have completed the job and when you ring the maintenance dept head to complain, they are very defensive of their tradesmen and some maintenance jobs were not completed. We just got fed-up and lived with it.

    Amazingly honest and genuinely friendly sales staff helped us atart our journey to building our new home, 3./5 months after the slab went down we are looking at an almost completed house and are so amazed at how wonderfully exact and prompt everything has been completed. fantastic fantastic fantastic!
