The worst customer service ever, arrogant, rude, , and failure to deliver what they promise.
Had a quote for 5 screen doors, and 2 electric roller shutters with a promise the goods would be installed by a certain day providing the deposit was paid by a certain date. The deposit was paid on time. A day off work was organised, and NO the goods would not be ready for another two weeks. Another day off organised. Whoops forgot the patio bolts, and the doors didn't line up. Happy with the roller shutters (to start with). Told them we would we pay the balance when the job was complete. Organised to come back a few days later between 4-6pm, arrive at 7pm to fix doors. Doors get fixed, then demands full payment...in the interim one roller shutter no longer going all the way down (still waiting for that to be fixed....no paper work given other then compliance certificate). Installer then proceeds to attempt to remove doors....company policy!!!!! Interesting customer service, we pay our deposit on time for guaranteed service (which they have had for over a month) and cannot get it back, yet they cannot wait until the bank opens the following morning...without attempting to remove product.....unable to arrive on time, finish job appropriately. This is the second time we have used Burns for Blinds, and experienced a similar customer service approach when we had a whole house kitted out with vertical blinds (put pulleys on wrong side, only half the job done, yet insisted on full payment... they usually always have to go back as the product is not made as requested on the quote)........we thought stupidly we would give them another go...perhaps just a bad day!!!!!.....two separate occasions!!!!!!!..............I will never recommend this company to anyone
