The staff is unfriendly and sometimes just straight out rude. The staff don't know the basic medicare rules, so they'll book you for the wrong appointment with a dr who can't write the referral you require. I would not recommend this practice.

This practice has friendly approachable admin staff, who always do their best to get you the appointment time you are after. Doctor Cloete is always professional and is easy to talk to.
