    Just like to say thanks to the staff of Burswood for their excellent service and compassion. We recently hired a car from Burswood Car Rentals and unfortunately had an accident (third time I have had an accident in a hire car!!!). The way I was handled was very professional and made me glad I reduced my excess. Compared to previous accidents I've with other car rental companies these guys were great. Although I knew exactly what to provide the. The car was very new it only had 36kms when we got it. Their service and helpfulness was very refreshing. I would recommend them to anyone wanting new clean cars at a reasonable daily rate.

    Sadly my hire car was rear-ended by another driver. BCR have refused to send me a copy of the repair bill, refused to refund any money paid to them by the other driver and simply confiscated my deposit as well as money I had overpaid for the rental. I am now working out whether it is worth my while taking legal action.

      What do expect mate? Don't crash the car!!! If you didn't reduce your excess you are liable for that amount. My experience with car rental is if you damage you always lose your excess amount, regardless of fault.

    Why haven't I found out about Burswood Car Rentals before. They realy need better advertising. This company is great we used them last week for a four day hire. The car was brand new (18kms) and about half the price quoted from Thifty. Highly recommend them.

    Rented a car from Burswood Car Rentals last week during my visit to Perth.
    The service is excellence and the price is reasonable particularly as the
    car is brand new Camry 2012 model which I might add is value for money. I
    will for sure rent a car again from Burswood on my next visit to Perth or
    their outlet in any other state of Australia.

    This is only the third time I have ever hired a car and I must say Burswood Car Rentals is by far the best I have hired with. I've got my car rental company in Perth, I just the quality equivalent in Sydney and Brisbane and I'll be happy
