This is a tiny post office, and one that can get very busy, which is a real pain.
However, the staff are as helpful as can be from my experience - especially if you've got specific questions/needs like a passport/passport photos.

Never a pleasant experience there! Horrible services! Staffs were unhelpful and condescending. Worst post office in Sydney!

Can't recommend. I posted some items here several weeks ago. One letter hasn't even arrived yet. And another one (a CD in an Australia Post CD mailer) arrived damaged. I won't be posting anything here again.
