    I will never go back to Butterfly nails. My friend brought me a voucher which I could only use on a saturday, when I went there for my appointment at 12, I ended up waiting til 3. The next time I went in there, I made an appointment, I wrote it on a card. The following day I rang to change the time and they threw the card out, so I re-booked it. I made the nail appointment b4 I had to fly out of darwin, I got a babysitter and headed to the store. I get there only to be greeted with a note on the door to say they had sprained their ankle. what, they couldn't call any of the people that had appointments? When I rang the following day all they could do was make excuses, no apology. I'd rather not have my nails done if I had to go there ever again.

    I found the staff to be unfriendly and the service was average to say the most. I had a pedicure, it was all done in about 10 minutes and was completed half heartedly.
