    We recently had an untraceable underground leak resulting in a large amount of water loss. Brian at BWC plumbing gave a free and very competitive quote (most wanted a call out fee) he called ahead of time to advise he was on his way. He advised us in layman's terms, located our leak. gave us our best most economical options. Due to the urgency of this repairBWC plumbing completed the job very quickly and all issues were resolved.Brian was friendly, understanding and I would not hesitate to use BWC plumbing again and I will refer BWC plumbing to anyone who requires plumbing work. Thanks again Brian. Excellent Job

    I was talking to staff when making appointment and when you didn't show up. The subject was gasfitting for the camp trailer. The staff's excuse for not calling me was that they have other job.

      Lady swan,, We don t do camp trailers,, nor caravans unless they are fixed positions.. and for our plumber to say that they had another job, does not seem to add up. Once again we apologise for any inconveniences that you have endured,, but then again i invite you to ring us direct, I can only think that at this moment you are one of our competitors.

    I booked an appointment a week ago with them, they did not even bother to call me to let me know they were not coming! After waiting for an hour (I had to take the day off work) I called them and they were unapologetic for their rudeness in failing to have the decency to call me, and did not seem interested in doing the work (I guess they had another job).
    Not impressed with this behavior and would not recommend them to anyone.

      Lady Swan, After going through all books ( queries are even registered, the booking book & tentative booking books) We don t seem to have you on any file that showed any one was missed. We often send jobs that we cannot fit in time frames to other local plumbers, these we also have a policy that we are upfront & if time does not allow we suggest other plumbers that may be in the area or we will call other plumbers to advise them of your plight. We have been confused with another company using BWC in front of their name. So as we do not have you on record, if you would like to call us in person we would love to rectify this problem . Of note you mentioned you had the day off work for the plumber, but only waited an hour. As this is a small family business we would very much like to know who was rude to you as there is only 1 person in the office and one on mobile.

    I got really fancy paid close to $650.00 for a Euro style toilet, I called two very big plumbing firms, but i think they just ran away. I never heard from them again. Brian was recommended by a neighbour, he was clean( love the booties that he wore over his work shoes) patient, had to do a lot of adjustments to toilet plumbing, but he did it and now i own the best looking toilet in the street. The price on invoice was reasonable and fair considering I bought a European toilet to fit Queensland plumbing. Thankyou Brian

    I would recommend Brian from BWC plumbing any time, He kept us calm after seeing 3 other plumbers about a leak under our house slab, and was the only one that detected where the leak was, saving us heaps in water usage and service calls to other plumbers.
