Like a lot of franchises, its really the service that makes the difference and this is why this BWS stands out for me. Being a bit of wine novice i asked for some help to choose the right wine at the right price and the guy behind the counter was more than helpful and didn't try to push anything, rather just asked what i liked and steered me in the right direction. Plus gotta love the walk in fridges to get your cold beer. good stuff..
