    The same thing, very poor quality workmanship. Doors dont close, shower doors opening on to bathroom door. Leaking plumbing, electrical faults. Very poor painting, some areas only have the base paint. Carpet lifting off the floor.

      we had a house built by Bydesign homes and cannot thank them enough the service and helpful advice we received along the way was invaluable.the quality and follow up is second to none. sorry you didnt have the same experience.

    We have a house built by these people. The problems range from a very ordinary kitchen with mis-matched panels, doors peeling off and a leaking sink to the roof leaking when it rains.When approached they have ignored me completely. I have asked the BSA for advice.

    Just suffered the same ordeal, so disappointing. Wobbly doors and tiles, leaking taps, wardrobe doors falling off and general overall poor quality.

    Tiles are falling off, doors are loose, one coat of paint (contract said three coats of paint), leaking taps and very 'ordinary' quality all round. Very very disappointed.

    I am unfortunately renting a house built by Bydesign Project Homes. I sympathise with all those who have bought a house built by them or are renting one like myself. We have had nothing but problems with the house. But we are very lucky we are just renting.

    These people who built my house did not adhere to the 120 days to build the house, they took 379, did not meet the contract standards - Very disappointing service. Did not respond to complaint. Sold the dwelling and am building another with A.V Jennings.

      We have just gone through the same ordeal, leaking roof, doors that don’t close, loose tiles and missing items from the contract. The BSA has now been called in to rectify
