Bought a NEW Polo with DSG in mid 2010. Have been getting the Run
-A-Round from 3 so-called VW dealers. Took the advice of the VeeDub
Car Club and tried Ron. Was amazed at the service offered. You
should have seen the OIL from the DSG, which, according to VW
Australia is '..there for life..". After 60,000 kilometres, it was like
LIQUIFIED COAL. Heaven knows what it would be like in another couple
of years. Ron, actually talks WITH the Customer, not down at them like
some so-called dealers I would love to mention, but I can't because of the
HEAVIES at VW Australia. Also, Ron doesn't Charge Like a WOUNDED BULL.
His, Oil and Filter Change costs $176, NOT the $440 charged by some so-
called dealers. I rest my case!

Ron has been servicing my cars (Nissan and VW's) for quite a number of years. Over these years I have found him to be honest and reliable. When he does a job, he does it right the first time.
If you have a problem with your car, he will take the time to explain to you what the problem is and how it's best fixed. He has quite a number of VW contacts and his charges are very competitive. He takes the time to do pink slip inspections properly.

  The mechanic did a 75000 Service and changed the DSG Oil on my 2010 Polo. He actually tells me what is going on, and, doesn't Charge like a Wounded Bull,
  as the so-called VW dealers (with a little "..d..") DO he was recommended
  by the VeeDub Car Club
