The cafe is open each day from morning to late (24 hours a day on weekends) and serves a delicious range of hot and cold cafe foods and drinks. This place is always busy! No matter what time you come here there are always people here. The main reason for this is that nowhere else is open after 9 in Chatswood, which is completely ridiculous but there you go!
So we often end up here after a movie when there is nowhere else to go. Now this is not to say ti isnt a bad place to go, the food is actually pretty good. They have a nice menu with lots of variety, so there is something for everyone, they serve alcohol, so you can have a wine or beer with your meal, and they have good dessert and cake options, if you are after a little sweet pick me up.
However the service is very slow, probably because there are only 2 people on the floor at one time. Our drinks took nearly as long to arrive as our food, which seems a bit crazy.
As I said the food is good, it is all cooked fresh and is very tasty. The burger I had was delicious, with all the toppings, cheese, bacon, egg, well flavoured beef, and fries on the side. My friend had the soup of the day which was roast vegetable and bacon and had a good flavor. It is definitely not the cheapest option, but when there is nothing else open, you dont have much choice!

To add on to the other reviews, this cafe is dangerously located at the corner of 2 very busy cross streets. If you are thinking of having a coffee to relax, after a long day of shopping, forget about it. You'll be smothered in pollution, just by sitting at the cafe. I also agree with the service being very poor. The waiters never smile, and are always unhappy. -

I agree with the previous review. The setup of this cafe is nice and is open 24hrs on weekends, which is convenient. It also has a good menu. Unfortunately, the service isn't great. They are often slow to approach you to take your order and it is often a long time before you recieve your order. Would only recommend it if you are not worried about time. -

There is so much more that could be done and it is dissapointing to see a place like this with so much potential being wasted.
I thought it was a one off as this was a good hang out for me and my friends but after being consistently dissappointed I'll be staying away for a while.
It seems to always be short staffed. That could be the reason why the waiters don't seem very happy to serve anyone. It took 30 minutes for us to receive our coffee on my last visit (2 long blacks are not hard to make) and i didn't even get my juice... that was bottled.
This cafe has a great location. It's also open late at nights. It's hard to find a cafe in Sydney that stays open till the early hours of the morning. Even better, it's 24 hrs on weekends which is what appeals to me.
I'll go back for a visit in a few months to see if anything has changed but my last visit has put me off going for quite some time.
