My roast pork was dry and tough, our chips weren't served with our meal, asked if they were ready 10 mintues later, they were but they were cold. Our other meal, chicken parma, was so tough we needed a steak knife just to get through it.
A lady near us had been waiting 25 mins for her coffee.
