    cafe in ivanhoe shopping strip. breakast menu consists of 10+ meals to choose (eggs/cereals/fruit dishes, etc) and is available till 3pm weekdays and weekends. i tried the "vegetarian breakfast" for lunch and ordered a poached egg on the side (avacado, tomato, fetta, baked beans and turkish bread) which was sizeable, filling enought for lunch and reasonably priced at $15. the lunch menu has10+ more substantial meals ($15 approx each). such as salt and pepper calamari, lamb kofta wrap, house made gnocchi, goats cheese salad. there is also specials of the day (eg - tomato soup with mixed cheese mini muffins). the usual cold and hot drinks including fruit smoothies ($6.50) iced coffees $5. staff were very friendly. plenty of tables inside and out on street. easy to park nearby

    This place is great!
    VERY friendly guys who run it and lovely staff too.

    Try their pancakes with maple syrup and bacon for a sweet brekky and their toasted sandwiches are great for a quick and simple lunch.

    The Coffee is the best in the area - no bitter or burnt coffee here! They also serve european hot chocolate called 'fraus' which is delish!
