    I'm surprised by some of the reviews. I thought the service was OK, but the food was great. My group very much enjoyed our dinner.

    the most rudest cafe I have been to in a long time obliviously don't want to serve you if just buying coffees people after us were all being served their orders when I got up to leave no apology just said cancel order RUDE to the extreme

    Ive been here a few times but am never pleased with the service of the waiters and behind the counter. The Service isnt great and the staff not friendly. The food is average and tad expensive. I only come here if I catch up with a friend last minute and its nearby for her, otherwise I wouldnt come. I think though next time, Im just going to have to tell her well travel a little more to go elsewhere. Wouldn't recommend.

    loved being able to goup there for breakfast on a sunday morning. American breakfast with pancakes and eggs and bacon huge plate!! read the paper which is provided to read instore and sit there for 2 hours without them pushing you out the door.. Lovely views and relaxing welcoming atmosphere, and the coffees and cakes and good too. Good atmosphere and quick and friendly staff.

    Customer Service: 4 out of 5
    - They were good at letting us know why there were delays

    Food: 1.5 out of 5
    - Our antipasto tasted like it had come out of a can, we couldn't eat it. My main which was a fishermans basket, tasted like marinated prawns that had been deep-friend, not a good mix, didn't eat it because it was really quite disgusting to eat.

    Timeliness: 2.5 out of 5
    Took an hour to get our main on a weeknight when it wasn't busy. But I have been generous with my rating as they did provide a reasonable explanation.

    The food here is nice, but I didn't think the service was friendly and you can get the same sort of food with as good or better service and more modern decor in other nearby cafes. I would recommend their takeaway outlet in the food court which sells the same food much cheaper without the table service.

    Love the atmosphere, friendly staff and quick service. Food has always been fantastic and the menu changes all the time for variety. Pricing is great. Love the Chicken Pita in summer!

    The thing that catches my eye with this place is their smiley and friendly staff. They also have a take-out outlet in the food court which is just as good as the resturant.

    great Cafe in the Ingle Farm Shopping Centre, love the pizzas there also the garlic bread is a favorite, nice priced place, great service, have been back a number of times
