I am just wondering if ownership has changed hands in the last 6 months. 6 months ago that was our favourite place to eat. Even their drinks were cheap and coffee is great. Went there this morning. Prices are up. It's not as good and it's just not the same. Even though things used to be a little disorganized it was still good food at cheap prices and family service.9 months ago via TrueLocal for iPhone

We have been going here for some time and had also thought we had found a great place.
Unfortunately, lately things have taken a turn for the worst. They are consistently leaving food off the plates even when not busy. When approached they are extremely rude and don't care. They clean the floors with bleach while you are still eating and the fumes are just too much and over power the taste of your food. If they are not mopping they sweep the dust up and around while your eating. The chef and staff or owner smoke in the kitchen, do not wear gloves. Also, the price is more expensive if you have your own drink which doesn't make it such a bargain now that we've shopped around on the broadwater. Our family and friends will not be returning as these incidents are not a one off.
Very disappointing considering we are locals. -
I go to this cafe whenever I am in Biggera Waters. $5 for 2 rashers of bacon, 2 eggs, thick toast, tomaton and a breakfast sausage. Always cooked well. I can not beat that for value for money. They make awesome coffees as well. The staff are always great and you get fast service. Awesome place to eat
