Not the best pram access, but definitely one of the best brekkies on offer in Melbourne. Vamp serves up a mean lunch too. Last time I went I had a hot soups and one too many hot chocolates. There is additional seating out the back, which helps when the front of the cafe is always so jam packed.

A Fitzroy/ St. Kilda style Café in the middle of Hawthorn. Trendy, hip atmosphere. Wide selection of food. Last breakfast I had there was very yummy. Always seems busy. Some outside seating also available. Pity it closes around 5pm as it would make a wonderful late night venue.
