Our aim at Sospeso is to offer simple, good quality food, based on recipes originated in the Southern Region of Italy... sometimes referred to as 'peasant food'... all served at very reasonable prices.

Because we truly believe in an ethical approach to business, we also serve only fairtrade coffee, organic teas and chocolate, free range chicken, eggs and pork and fully support cruelty free animal products.

We are able to offer you eat-in, with most of our menu also offered as takeaway.

We are open 7 days a week for breakfast and lunch, with dinner available Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights.
