I would advise any potential clients to pay for any purchases with a credit card to protect you in the event that the company becomes insolvent. The dress was purchased through one company, which went bust, and then another entity took over. When I needed a refund, they promised it within 28 working days, which became 50 working days, and then they declined. It was only when I started asking questions about their business activites that they refunded me the money. Steer clear, or use a credit card to be safe. -

Staff were friendly at first when I purchased by dress in the Parramatta, but very unhelpful when it came to advising when the dress would actually be ready to collect. I was given a time frame of March 2011, and was informed I would be called when the dress arrives.
After calling the store every week from the first week of March onwards, I was told "no set date, we'll call you when it arrives", and then to my surprise the Parramatta store closes for renovations without notice!!!
So I had to call the Wetherill Park store instead. It became a weekly call with the same story "we'll call you", then one day I called to check the status "oh your dress is in!".... well thanks for the call like you promised.
After making an appointment to collect the dress at 10am, I arrive at the store only to wait another 20-30 minutes, as the store thought I was coming between 10am to 2pm!!...... so if this was the timeframe for pick up, why would the dress not be ready for a client to collect?!
And then there is the bridesmaid dress saga, we were informed the dress would take 3 months! that time frame became 6 months! and then 8 months!, again same story - no set date.
My bridesmaid finally received the call to say the dress is ready to pick up!! She made an appointment to collect. I was called a few days prior to the pick up date, to say "the maid dress is ready, when do you want to collect?" I advised an appointment was already scheduled to hear the store's response of "there is nothing noted in the computer, sorry for the inconvenience!!"
Do not recommend anybody to buy a dress from this store unless you like to be given the runaround and your wedding is not for another 2 years!!! -

I bought my wedding dress from colabro bridal and also hired my groomsman's suits for my wedding from there.
The staff are super friendly and know exactly what styles suits your figure.
There dresses are very well priced and absolutely stunning, my dress arrived on time and was perfect.

Fantastic staff! I love the catwalk - after trying on my dream wedding dress I was able to prance around and felt like a pretty doll in a music box! It's worth the drive - the dresses are beautiful! Plus, for getting your wedding dress there, you get a generous discount for bridesmaids and groomsmen!
