Developing machine constantly breaking down. Gave them a roll and was told if get a call when it was up and running the next day. Few days later I went in, roll wasn't touched- machine was working so i waited around and surprised when I saw how they manhandled the film. No gloves, fingerprinted and an emulsion layer appeared separated at points. To add to this they started cutting up the film after they'd scanned for a CD, and forgot to make prints. SOO, I got disgraceful quality JPEG prints from the SCANNED negatives, reasonably ruined negatives and they still hit me with $40 (2 rolls, 2 cd's and appalling prints). The staff was nice enough, but without a doubt I'll be heading next door to big W for a far more affordable, and immeasurably more professional film developing experience next time!
