This place is fantastic. As far as medical practices go, this business far exceeded my expectations and was exactly what I needed. In one's time of need, illness, sickness and health, one wants to feel welcome and heard.
The receptionist was perfect. Kind, understanding and even stopped what she was doing to fill up my water bottle (I couldn't walk properly!). I have visited two of the doctors in this practice and both had an excellent level of service and attention to detail. They listened, did not dismiss what I was saying and took all the time they needed and were quite thorough.
The practice also has a pathology team in house, so those tests you need done, can be done right there.
The building is in excellent condition, clean and modern.
A tough mission to find in Sydney and even tougher to keep - I have my new GP! Thank you.
