Don't go here even if you have no other option. Just don't.

My experience: I have two chronic diseases which sometimes require me to carry food (type-1 diabetes and coeliac disease). In particular I need to carry sugar (or else I could end up unconcious or worse -VERY dangerous!). This medical centre has records of my medical history, including the fact that I suffer from these diseases. I attended this medical centre seeking a note to inform airport security / airline staff / etc. of this fact for an overseas trip, so I could be confident that no one would try to take such food off me or seek to prevent me from consuming it if my blood sugar drops. I had been informed by St. Vincents Hospital that I might need such a note in case of overseas travel. The medical staff refused to provide me with a note documenting my medical needs. This is, again, in spite of having records on the screen in front of them documenting my medical conditions. When I was surprised at this, and tried to explain once more my medical needs, the medical staff became very rude, and kept asking "what is wrong with you?", clearly intending this to mean that, since I was questioning them, there must be something wrong with me mentally.

I just can't express how angry this experience has made me. I feel as though I have been arbitrarily denied medical help in the in the face of a serious and genuine medical need. I guess I can just be thankful that my medical needs was not more urgent in this instance.

Don't go here unless you have no other option.
They are unprofessional and rude and I was kept waiting for an hour and a half because they failed to call out my name to both sections of the waiting area.
I was then told I "should have sat in a different seat"...as if it was my fault. They really made a simple chore into a very difficult one.
