A diagnosis of cancer is shocking enough; add the disadvantage of distance and financial challenges and it can seem insurmountable. For more than 50 years Can Assist has provided direct financial assistance, care and accommodation for families in rural and regional NSW affected by cancer. Through a network of more than 40 branches, more than 1,600 volunteers and 3 accommodation facilities Can Assist makes sure that people can access life saving treatment.
