The reception staff is the rudest who i have ever seen in the doctor surgery and inpatient with other people.but i have the best doctor in the medical centre.

The rating should be less than even a half star. Staffs on reception are very rude and unfriendly.
They are only talking to each other, ignoring patient waiting to talk to them. The way they talk to patient is also very disrespectful. Dont want to come back because of staffs. Very disrespectful.

After being told it would be one week to get tetanus injection at our own Dr's we were lucky to find this place, less than 1 hour wait without appointment and we found the staff to be friendly and efficient. Plus they bulk bill. This was in the middle of the day as well. People who complain about a wait of 1 hour should get real, as in this day and age without a appointment even emergencies have longer waits at most Dr's, if you can even get in that is. And just forget about the public hospital system, we were told we would have a all day wait.

This medical Centres system is bad! The staff are rude and give different information. I have been misinformed for 4 days and told 3 different things, in which 2 of those days I waited in total 5.5hrs to see my doctor. On another occasion I had been waiting 3 hrs, 5 people had come in after me and been seen and left. I went and asked the staff why??? And answer was "that's just the way they hand pick the forms"

Children and elderly should be priority!!
This centre is terrible which is a shame because the doctors are lovely!

Worst service ever! The staff is totally rude as can be! People coming well after put before! Treated like a sheep! The dude in pathology is awesome though funny makes you relax and amazing at his job! Same people run practice on Cragie staff at desk freely they will tell you est. wait time and what not this one is just rude won't tell you where u r in line and shouts etc. not cool people are sick here not stupid and worthless just because it is bulk bill! I am a uni student I don't have $90 to see a GP!

This Centre is clean but Im not happy the way they serve, Have to wait for 2 hours and they dont check My CT scan yet after 5 days. and the nurse pathology cant do multi function JOB! and still have to wait for 2 hours waiting for my kids immunitation. so 2 + 2 hours = 4hours. And I have to do something else important job.

  You really need to go somewhere else, if you can get in that is. Dr's surgery's like this, where you can come in without a appointment are so rare and you should expect a wait. If your time is so valuable and your job is so important you can always pay upfront and make a appointment to go elsewhere and save the seat for some one who appreciates the service

This centre works alot like Swan Medical in Midland. However much cleaner & nicer. Reading some of the reviews on here....it's the old saying you get what you pay for. If you want an appointment go to Bentley After hours and pay $80.00 and go to Medicare and get some back. I think it's great when you can't get into seeing your regular GP and if u need a certificate for the flu/cold for work.

I dont know why people complain about this service. If you want 100% bulk billing, of course you are going to wait! Go somewhere else if you dont like it! I have never had a problem with it..and am happy to wait for something little like a medical certificate..and its bulk billed---even better.
And the staff are only rude if you are..
This is a great service.

  U should consider what u said. Maybe you just people like wasting your time and sit down doing nothing. Time is Money, Time is worth to doing something good for you. not just sit and waste ur time there.

  I started going to this medical centre mainly because it bulk bills as if you aren't well and you cant afford to go to a paying dr its hard financially and that is why theres a lot of people sick as they wont go to the drs if they have to pay all the time..I agree that some staff can be abrupt but they get a lot of agro people if they cant take anymore patients so don't blame them..Walk in medical clinics is exactly what it is and you have to wait but depending on what time you turn up its sometimes not long..If you want free medical then that's how it is..like it or go and pay for it..U have a choice..I think most the drs have been good also especially Dr Kuba...
