    I had a great experience with Cannon Toyota. My family just purchased a New Toyota Yaris and even got a trade in on the old car we had.

    New car looks great, service was great, so do not really have a complaint except for the fact I don't own the family car. Will go back to buy my own.

    I had very disappointing experience with Cannon Toyota - Heidelberg. Very friendly before purchasing the car, but later very aggressive. Told me the vehicle is already tested, but never gave me the details. Don't told anything about the cooloff period. And no follow up.

    Once I asked about the test details, simply said they have thrown it out. But I have requested it 3 times. They are very aggressive, when you call them after buying the car...Customer service is bad...
