I was really disappointed with the service here. I recently had my car serviced here and not once was I offered a ride to the station or even an offer to call a cab. They could not have cared how I got away and lets face it, it is not a convenient location to begin with!
Canterbury BMW Service a contradiction .....or lack of service might be more appropriate...conflicting prices for service.
Reluctant or never ever returned phone calls.
Great excuses though...
Prices seem to be higher for some service items than other BMW dealers but because of the different ways of costing it is almost impossible to be sure.
Staff courtesy far from satisfactory and dealership is a long way from anywhere for public transport.
If you are lucky you might get a voucher for a free cup of coffee but maybe not.
If they wash your car you might not be impressed but I am sure it is factored into the service cost.
I guess they have not heard of the old saying "if you are going to do a job do it well or don't do it at all.
# I will never ever go back again but I dont think they care.... care is something that probably don't understand.
