    very poor organised appointments.
    They let people to sign in well ahead of the appointment time. No concept of appointment time at all!
    Patients come in, sign in and don't even stay in the waiting room.
    I was told to come in two hours later than the appointment i was assigned to because there were a lot of people signed in ahead of me. When I asked how many people were physically sitting in the waiting room, i was told there were only TWO!! Although others were not there, they 'signed in' so they got the priority.
