Had breakfast here last week, on a weekday, with my partner. The food was great, if slightly pricey, however the server was abysmal.

We waited 40 minutes to get our meal (eggs, bacon, etc). When I enquired about the delay (after 30 minutes, having noticed a table of 4 arrive after us receive their food before us!) I was told it wouldn't be long.

At no point were we offered an explanation or an apology.

  I absolutely agree with you. The Services is shocking. Staff are rude. We had to wait 20 minutes to be offered a menu and when we tried to get the attention of their not so friendly staff - we were told that they are busy and will attend to us soon.
  
  This place is inconsistent with food, service and ambiance. We are local and will NEVER EVER go there again.
