Any DA/council requirements may also be included in your design. Themes, functions, aesthetics and local restrictions or requirements are all considered when captivating your vision. Throughout the journey you will observe the transformation of your space into your sanctuary as specific materials, plants, features, layouts, entertaining areas develop. 

At the design completion, Captivate will deliver and thoroughly explain the design intent, rationale, planting and intended effects. This complete journey is a great way to captivate that sense of place within your own space and to develop the vision before construction.
