Went there to wash my car on the way to a funeral. The brush was full of dirt and made my car extremely dirty. The assistant told me it was my own fault as I did not wash the brush. he said he was too busy to do any maintenance and then conceded that the signs had been stolen advising of the need to clean equipment before use. There is another wash center nearby and i am the editor of a car club newsletter - they lose. A simple apology and a token to repalce my wasted money would have been professional. No stars for this dump.
