    Surprised by all the bad reviews as I had a good experience with them. Towbar was fitted neatly and very quickly in under an hour.

    The place is a little rundown but considering the tow bar including fitting cost a third of the price that I was quoted by Toyota I'm very happy.

    Give them a big miss, on some parts they are nearly 100% dearer than other companies and the care factor from the staff is "tuff luck no refund" real good customer service NOT!! I have supported this business for over twenty years...and now NOT one cent of mine will go there way.

    I'd give these guys a BIG MISS. No customer service, sarcastic and couldn't get the correct part even with the manufacturers name, the item description, the parent item it is fitted to and the manufacturers part number. I will only return to get to get my money back.

    I've been to Carasel numerous times over the past twenty years and the service and price point is reliable and they certainly seem to know their stuff! Would recommend.

    Not the best customer service. Went elsewhere for a trailer and towbar and no one seem wiling to help. However their prices were cheap, but I guess your paying for it. They must be doing something right though, they have been around for quite sometime, so may I got them on a bad day. Either way, $2000 plus went walking out the door when I was there.
