    Worst experience of my life they are the worst company i have ever dealt with ! told me two weeks from gold coast to perth , five weeks have past i still don't have my car , i have rung them numerous times they could not tell me where my car was , they kept telling me someone would ring me back they never did ! i rang the police they couldn't help me , i rang my insurance company they couldn't help me , now I've rang fair trade and am lodging an appeal with them!! there not even the cheapest like everyone else keeps saying ! toll is cheaper !!! if your reading this considering using them , please take my advice and do NOT use them !!!!! my move to the other side of the country has been stressful enough. they finally found where my car was ! in brisbane it has been sitting there for five weeks !!! at a depot UNBELEIVABLE !!!!!!! i have had to go without my car for that long now and trust me it is not a good experience , save yourself do not use them i still don't even know when my car will arrive ? or even what condition it will be in !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    I hear you! They are REALLY rude! I had my car dropped at the depot on the 15th March, they told me 2 weeks. Rang them up and and got told it will come in 2 days and they will call me up with the details. They didn't call. Called them up myself, this time the staff told me it will come in anther 2 weeks. Called them up 2 weeks later and some staff with a bad attitude just went "Look mate I dunno where ya car is and I dunno when its gonna get here but I will give ya a call when I get some details". They didn't call, then a day later sent me a sms saying it will be here on the "23rd April". Today is the 24th and I do not have my car still. It's not a cheap service, you risk getting stolen out of your car with no back-up and you get talked to as if you're just whinging or something. This company is the WORST EVER! Mine was also sent from Brisbane to Perth. So mad right now, like, if you can't run a business and get mad when it screws up, just don't do it! Never again. They should just be honest and say estimated delivery is between 2-3 months. Seems more accurate.

    I cannot even rate this company there is half a star because I may get my car one day. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE SERVICE, Rude- they had NO idea where my car was...car was dropped 2/3/2012 I was told it would arrive 29/3/2012...rang, they confirmed arrival, I was later informed it would arrive the following day (30/3/2012)...It is now friday I am now informed the car was at the S.A and W.A border at quarantine?? and would arrive within a week? I rang the staff and confronted them that the trip from S.A border to Perth was a day drive...I was then informed the cars whereabouts were unknown?? the management informed them the car was on a train to Perth and would arrive next Friday? I proceeded to ring the management and was informed my car was still in the Queensland depot and was not being transported until Wednesday. I have no idea when my car will arrive or what condition it will arrive in.

    ALL staff members I have spoken to are extremely rude

    Do not use this company whatever you do. They seem to have no idea where the car is at any given time. No tracking and no clue whatsoever. And they just are rude. It got to the point where I was on the verge of ringing the police it was so bad. Again, i urge you to never use this company ever. They should have zero stars.

    OMG!!! These people are THE WORST!!!!! I had to ring 3 times to gret my qoute sent out, payed by CC and told to go to depot at 8am and I will get sms with address. NEver happened and waited till 9am but nothing. When I rang they said I wasn't in the system, even after giving them my job number!!!!!!!!

    My experience has mirrored what everyone else ha said so far. Again I chose them because they were the cheapest.
    They also had incredibly rude staff and are completely unreliable. I was told my car would be ready for pick up in 2 weeks time. 3 and a bit weeks later I was finally able to go and pick it up.I called several times to ask what was happening, often i was told that they had no idea and occasionally I was told that it would be ready whenever and there was nothing I could do about it. Terrible service, terrible experience. Avoid them like the plague

    I feel bad that I have to give this company half a star rating, I really wish they had zero stars!! Quite simply the worst, rudest company I have EVER dealt with. When I made the booking I was told that it would be 7 days transport time, that I could ring at any time to track my vehicle, and the location of my drop off. None of this has happened! They do not reply to phone calls or emails. I managed to speak to them but it was bad customer service.I still don't know where my car is OR when it will arrive. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

      My car has arrived. Carcarrying.com.au have still not rung me to tell me it had arrived, I had to track it down myself through the actual company that transported the car. It took 3 weeks, I was told by them that it would be 7 days. I had booked the car to Brisbane, it was delivered to the Gold Coast. When I rung them I was VERBALLY ABUSED. Just plain horrible.

    I decided to use them as they were the cheapest. HUGE MISTAKE.
    My stuff was picked up and I was told 5-15 business days to deliver. I called after 10 and was told that it had arrived and should only be a day or 2. I called back and asked again 2 days later and the management spoke to me RUDELY and told me basically it'll arrive when it arrives and there was nothing I could do about it. I asked kindly for a rough ETA and they told me not to call back ever again, they would call me and I'd have to wait. I asked if I could go to pick up my stuff from the depot and was told a firm NO, there's other jobs in the way. Basically they had all the cards and I would have to deal with it. Still waiting, and annoyed. Very poor customer service.

      So my stuff arrived, no call the day before or the hour before to inform me as I was promised. Just a text saying to be home from 10-14:00.
      My suitcase was written on in text? and my mattress, despite being covered in plastic came in dirty. I emailed to let them know and I was told that I was making it all up and didn't have a valid claim :)
      Oh well, learn from experience, never again

    I decided to use these guys but that was the biggest mistake i have ever made. My car was picked up on the 26th May which was 2 days late and was told 3 weeks to get from Perth to Sydney. It has now been 6 weeks and no one can tell me where my car is, Was told 3 time it would be delivered but still nothing.

    I would not recommend this company. I am currently seeking legal advise against car carrying.com.au as they overcharged me on their quote and deducted it from my account. They have already indicated to me that they will not be paying it back. This is not the only problem I booked a second car with them and on the day of the delivery to the depot they informed me that they cannot take my car as they are fully booked. They did not think to let me know once in the two weeks since I made the booking. Not only did they not take my car they also deducted the full amount quoted.
    My overall experience with these guys is terrible and would advise anyone to make use of another company. I am still waiting for my car. Almost a week late!
