    Absolutely appalling. We had our puppy health checked with the Carindale Clinic and the vet was short, uninterested and not overly calming for our pup. We persisted and returned to have our puppy vaccinated yesterday. The vet tried unsuccessfully to inject our pup twice before taking him out the back. He has been howling in pain when touched ever since and I even had to call an emergency after hours vet last night for treatment. He has a suspected bruised rib. We will never be returning to this clinic again!

    Very nice, friendly and helpful staff. Professional and helpful. Genuinely caring about animals. Did some dental work on my dog and explained the procedure and associated costs very clearly, including a quote upfront. I did not incurr any extra costs. They did an excellent job with my dog and even took his picture of his 'day at the vets'! This was my first visit and I will certainly be returning here. They made me feel at ease and no question was too small. Very clear on how to care for my dog upon returning home also provided a great little package of treats, samples and information. Highly recommended.
