you travel some distance for a good medical staff & treated like not an important patient , locals come first which ever way they try to excuse it , this rating is not on the medical staff.

  I WILL NEVER EVER GO TO THIS MEDICAL CENTRE AGAIN! Tonight, I that appalled that I walked out balling my eyes out because I couldnt believe how they treated me. I contacted the centre 3 times today, I finally got in touch with the doctor thats dealing with me said that she'd look at my results and call me back, I didnt get the call back so I called the receptionist she said that my doctor said come down before 10pm to pick up your results. Tonight I walked in at 9.20pm the receptionist said sorry we cant help you. I told her I spoke to the doctor 3 times today, she told me to come down to collect my results, I also spoke to reception they told me to come down before 10pm and now youre sending me away. I drove 45mins to the centre today to be treated like it didnt matter. They sent me to emergency to have an urgent aspiration done, I wait 2 weeks to finally see my results, drive 45mins to pick them up, then be told to leave.... NEVER AGAIN

I agree with the below comment, we think the docs are all great but never felt so rushed in our lives! This practice used to be much better

they used to bulk bill, now they charge up to $40 each consult. dr's are good but consult felt rushed.
