    Be advised:
I have a KTM SX 125 and i needed a part removed, a specialist motorcycle tool is required for this, and since i only live up the road from this business's location i went in happy to pay for their assistance, i asked the person behind the counter who seemed very unenthusiastic and didn't seem to really care for my business, i explained the situation to them and asked how much it would cost, they called the mechanic and failed to reiterate the correct information right from the get go, during this time i remained patient and polite, they replied with, the mechanic doesn't know if he has the right tool, i replied with, many other off road bikes use this part, so he would have to have one, they replied he doesn't know if he has the one for your bike, at that point it was clear to see that both this person and the mechanic had no interest in my business and clearly did not uphold good customer service.
this is a pathetic example of good customer service,
even if this business was not able to provide assistance an example of good customer service would be to refer me to someone that may be able to help, but even that seemed like to much effort, i feel sorry for anyone that purchase a product from here and has any problems as you might be asking to much to get it sorted out.

Be also advised that there is a new mechanic and next time u going to get your bike fixed the best would be to go direct to the workshop where the mechanic himself is at the counter!
Show your bike and point out what you mean it makes things so much easier.
I got my bike fixed for a decent price and I am happy with it!
