    We moved from Sydney to the Newcastle area, we were very happy with the move, they guys showed up right on time and had the van loaded within their estimate. It was a pick up on one day and delivery the next (my choice), when I arrived on site the next day it was in an unsuitable state for moving in. I rang them and they stopped the truck, they then held my furniture on that same truck for 3 working days until the site was ready for a very fair and resonable fee.

    The delivery guys were very careful and happily complied with requests and directions. Would use them again without reservation.

    It has been our experience that from the first contact we made with Carnall Removals to the final departure of your staff after delivering (off-loading) our furniture in Queensland we received the best service and performance of ANY removal company which we have used. Your staff dealt with us professionally and courteously, and the experience we encountered without doubt in our minds put all the other removal companies we have dealt with to shame. The fact that you managed to give us outstanding quality for a terrific price makes this all the more impressive.

    My wife and I have already started recommending your company's services to relatives and friends, and we will not hesitate to contact you the next time we need your help.

    please in particular pass on our thanks and regards to your two staff members who so carefully and thoughtfully looked after our furniture in Victoria and then in Queensland, they are a credit to your company and are also a reminder that the 'average' customer can still get great service if they deal with the right organisation.

    This company is terrible. They said they could deliver a piano upstairs, and then simply left it down stairs in a car park. Terribly unprofessional, bad customer service. They took my credit card details, I sent in the dimension of the staircase and they still didn't do it. Very poor form and do not ever use them. FAIL, one star out of ten.
