I had the most unpleasant experience with their management from Carpet Call Fortitude Valley, 40 phone calls. I would describe this to be by worst experience with any company. The Bill had to be paid in full before they would turn up which I think is wrong.It had been organised by their management to uplift existing floor and lay new floor, on the day it was booked in for 9 am. the existing floor did not get lifted until 1 pm. The floor layer didn't even turn up on the same day. Overall, extremely poor in managing and organisation skills. If you would like things done on time I suggest you pick another company.
