Very poor service. They quoted and signed contract on a fixed price and then they increased the price without notice AFTER contract had already been signed on original price. They refused us a refund and refused cancellation - would not even accept a cancellation fee, as per legal requirements under the Fair Trade Act. They were very rude, unprofessional & used standover tactics upon our complaint. Not recommended!
