    Choices Carpet in Castle Hill was appointed to replace our floor coverings as part of an insurance claim through AAMI - we dealt direct with the business owner, Alan, who assisted us with choosing our products and then co-ordinated the layers to come out and do the job. Everything went really smoothly and our floor coverings are gorgeous. Nothing was too much trouble. Alan was unfailingly courteous, helpful and genuinely interested in making sure we were happy. The team who laid our carpet were also lovely and a pleasure to have in our home. I would have no hesitation in recommending Alan and his team for their practical advice, reasonable prices and great service.

    Initially i was happy with the price and speed at which my new carpet was done.

    But ... they promised to make me free mats from the left over carpet.... and then charged me $$$.... also they broke one of my doors and didn't tell me about it...

    So overall I was disappointed by them.
