    Bought a voucher from Grab One in October and i tried and tried to contact them to use my voucher, left messages on there voice mail, emailed them through there website but still nothing, even Grab One tried to get in touch. They have received there money for the service but have not kept to there part of the deal, i think its disgusting service!!! If they couldn't do it for any reason they could have at least replied. I have now been refunded by Grab One thankfully. Anyone thinking of using this company think again!!!!!!

      We were sorry that you had those issues,but this happened to co-incide with my Father developing major health issues and i had to go interstate to take care of that...and to make matters worse, there was no internet and mobile didn't work in this tiny country town...
      Grab One were notified and i had hoped they would have explained the situation, but obviously not....
      We are a reputable business in longstanding and our customer service is normally greatly appreciated

      On the three occasions i spoke with GrabOne not one of them knew about this. I also left voicemails for you and when trying after a few times on seperate occasions i recieved 'the mailbox is full' message. I tried again a week later and got the engaged tone as someone was on the line, i then tried straight away when the line was free and straight back to leave a message again as the mailbox was now accepting messages so someone had cleared messages for the mailbox to be accepting more. I did actually think you must be away on vacation so left it for a few weeks and tried again but nothing. There was no message on your voicemail to explain you was away and no answer to my messages and to my email through your website so what else was i suppost to think, i was just dissapointed, GrabOne had tried to get hold of you but couldnt after a while, so they refunded me, i then got a call from you which by then my voucher was invalid as it was refunded so you couldnt have done them.

    Bought a voucher from WhyPayFullPrice in October. Booked my cleaning in mid-November for today at 11:30am. Got the day off at work and just at 11:25 received a text msg from them saying they were running 1 hour late. Tried to call them back straight away to ask for further explanations to no avail, they would not pick up the phone. At 12:30, after repeated attempts to get in touch with them, they called me back just to state again they were running late and at my question on how long it would have been, they just started insulting me saying they were sick of people like me, who expect them to do impossible things. That's it, hung on me and didn't show up to honour the appointment. Customers have their rights, no business whatsoever should treat their customers like this "professional" treated me today. It took me almost 1 hour to move all my furniture out on the balcony to get the rooms ready for the carpet cleaning. And about the same to put everything back. That said, I lost a day of salary, as I'm a casual worker and didn't accept a shift for today.

      Sorry to hear that. I got a phone call the night before to confirm, then they rang in the morning to say they were running early. Moving all your stuff around is no small effort.

      Thats is totally not what eventuated...we would never abandon a client and we would certainly not delay or postpone ANY booking unless there was a really good reason for it
      I am sorry u feel this way but our intention would have to re-book you in a timely manner

    Just had Kobi out to do my carpets. Really lovely guy, very friendly and professional. Really nice to my children and a warm kind of fellow. Would definitely use them again.
