Had my carpet replaced by them (insurance job) and within 6 months the carpet developed waves. I rang them up and was told by one of their staff that it was wear and tear and wasn't an installation problem. I rang again a couple of weeks later and spoke to someone else who promised to send someone around to have a look at the problem. When they didn't show I called again and spoke to yet another person who said they knew nothing about it, and that it was wear and tear anyway and gave me the number of a carpet restretcher who would fix it for a fee. I called a few carpet repair companies and found the best price to be $180 per room. Someone came out to fix the main bedroom which was the worst and he found that they had left 1.5cm too much carpet around the edges. Would not recommend this company for their workmanship or after sales service.
